USER ACCOUNTS
We will take all necessary steps in order to maintain a high level of security within this web site. We will not disclose passwords to third parties, nor will we allow any users (including Customer Administrators) to obtain the password of another user. All Users must keep their passwords secret and not written down or disclose them to anyone else. Users should inform us immediately if they believe that their password has become known to others. We do not accept any responsibility for any costs, loss of business or damages due to your disclosure of your password. We will enforce user passwords to be at least 6 characters in length and that they are changed every 90 days. You are responsible for informing us if you or any other users of this system within your company leave. We reserve the right to disable, without notice, any user and/or customer accounts that are misused or not used for a long period of time.

PRIVACY
We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purpose without your consent, unless where required by law. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force within the United Kingdom.

Solicitors are now governed by the new Money Laundering Regulations requiring us as a Firm to verify the identity and address of our Clients. As a result we cannot accept instructions from a Client until such time as we have carried out the appropriate money laundering checks. This does not mean that you are under suspicion. However, you will have to show us your current passport or driving licence and an up to date utility bill and/or bank statement. Additionally, we may verify your identity electronically by accessing one or more data sources.
