Background

Satinder qualified in February 2000 completing her training and two years post–qualification experience at a well established firm in Northamptonshire. Prior to qualifying she worked as an in-house legal advisor dealing with a range of commercial matters, combining this with lecturing in law. She joined the Firm's Conveyancing team in 2002 where she built up a strong local and national client base, joining the Commercial Property Team in October 2005.

Expertise

Satinder specialises in commercial property and her main areas of practice include:

  • Residential and estate development including set-up and plot sales
  • Acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties for private individuals,companies and Housing Associations
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Deeds of variation and rectification
  • Acting for a major lender in co-ordinating and rectifying titles

Personal

Satinder is married and spends her free time as a taxi service for her two sons taking them to and from various sporting activities. When she is not cheering them on from the sidelines she likes to keep fit by going to the gym.
