Background

Samantha graduated in 1988 with a joint Honours degree in Business Law and Marketing from Strathclyde University. She moved to England and returned to University, completing her Law Finals at Birmingham University and qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996. She trained with Barr Cleary, qualified with Blackhams and then moved to Wragge & Co until 2003.  Samantha then worked as an in-house Lawyer for Bovis Homes and David Wilson Homes Limited.

Expertise

Samantha has worked mainly with national house-builders since 1999 in site acquisition work, including working on options and both conditional and unconditional Contracts.

Personal

Originally from Glasgow, Samantha moved to Coventry in 1988 and has lived in Rugby since 1991.  In her spare time, Samantha likes to socialise with friends and family.
