Background

Samantha studied for a Law degree in Leicester and undertook her professional studies at the College of Law in Birmingham. She then trained as a Solicitor with a local Firm, where she was exposed to many areas of the law, and focused upon Private Client work. Samantha completed her training and qualified in the Summer of 2007. She joined the Firm shortly afterwards, as a Solicitor within our Private Client department.

Expertise

Samantha, and her colleagues in the Private Client department, have a wealth of experience and expertise in this area of the law, which covers Wills, Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Long Term Care Planning.

Samantha also has a keen interest in advising on elderly Client issues, and is part of our team who provide specialist advice surgeries to the elderly. Samantha has been a Student Member of Solicitors for the Elderly since July 2008.

Personal

Samantha lives in North Warwickshire with her fiancé and a boisterous German Shepherd puppy. Out of work she enjoys taking the dog for walks, reading and planning for her forthcoming wedding.
