Disabled Clients
Here at Newsome Vaughan we aim to provide a quality service for all our clients. To assist our disabled clients we can offer the following:
Car Parking and travel
If you intend to travel here by car, please inform the person that you are seeing, and they will make arrangement for a car parking space to be made available for you at the rear of the building. Alternatively, for clients in the Coventry area who are unable to come to our offices, we may be able to travel to you, free of charge. Please enquire about this service.
Access
- Wheelchair access to the rear of the building.
- Intercoms on both front and back door.
- Hand rail to the front door (1 step)
- Disabled toilet.
Aids
We have some additional portable aids including:
- Pen grips
- Magnifier
- Lap tray
- Templates for cheque book and credit cards
- An induction loop
Increase print size
If you have difficulty in reading the print on any correspondence sent to you please let us know and we can increase the print size for you.
