Background

Dinah began her career at Lincolnshire firm, Maples & Son, in 1990, starting as a receptionist and progressing to the role of secretary in the housing and conveyancing department. In 1995, she joined the Firm, initially as a secretary in the company commercial team, then moving on to the role of personal assistant to the Managing Partner. As her role grew, she assisted with company secretarial matters and became increasingly involved in repossession sales for one of the firm's key clients. Dinah joined the firm's Housing Association team in December 2005.

Expertise

Dinah has dealt with various aspects of conveyancing while with the Firm and currently deals with all aspects of the sale of shared ownership properties for Housing Association clients. This has recently included dealing with the sale of 145 properties in a retirement village.

Personal

Dinah currently lives with her partner in Coventry, and their pet Chinchilla. Dinah spends lot of her free time working for the national charity Epilepsy Action, a charity close to her heart, as Vice-Chairman and acting Treasurer for the Coventry Branch. Dinah has always been known for her wacky dress sense along with co-ordinating hair, and indeed complemented this a few years ago by studying for a fashion and design course with a local college! Dinah enjoys travelling, to such destinations as New York and Boston, but most recently fulfilled a holiday ambition of visiting the beautiful island of Bermuda where she learnt to swim.
