Background
Denise has worked within the law for 30 years, having gained considerable experience as a Secretary/PA in areas such as wills and probate, residential conveyancing, criminal law and county court matters.
Denise originally joined the Remortgage Department at the Firm in March 1999 and transferred over to the newly opened Private Client Department in September 1999 as a Secretary to Caroline Lindsay.
After a number of years Denise progressed to become a Probate Executive and has completed the Part I stage of becoming a Legal Executive and is now studying Probate Practice and Probate & Succession.
Expertise
Denise specialises in Private Client work and deals with wills, administration of estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, elderly client issues such as long term care and benefits advice and information.
Personal
Denise has a teenage daughter Aimie and quite a lot of her spare time is spent home tutoring her daughter, although other interests include her many pet moggies, reading, and DIY! [or at least she has a go], and studying for her ILEX exams.
